Folks, Another .50 calibere1,000 yard event plus some side shooting at the "almost" a mile target located at Thunder Valley Rifle Range, Plainfield, OH has been successfully accomplished! We had competitors from IL, IN, OH, PA and NY in attendance for this first all military projectile match. The winds were challenging as well as the lack of good bullet design! However, the playing field was level for all! Mullet bullet or not, shooting talent still has to be there! We had a 2nd event shooter shooting a Bluegrass viper that did exceptionaly well and it liked a diet of Ball ammo! I polled the group and asked if this was the last non-match bullet event or not...........The Answer was let's do this again! We lowered the shooting costs and everyone had an exceptional fun time!
