| OK guys just trying to return the favor here. I have learned a lot from you guys so I figured I would pass this along. I went to a gun show here in Roanoke Virginia today and purchased some 50 BMG ammo from one of the vendors. By todays standards it was reasonably priced at 34.95 for 10 rounds. It is lake city once fired reloads 699gr ball. Any way he gave me a business card and told me they have plenty to check out their website. It is www.BUYAMMO.com it appears they only carry ball and API and offer volume discounts. They have warehouses on the east coast and west coast so they can be accessed by us all in a reasonable time. It is not the besr price going but it is another source for ammo. It seems to be of good quality although I have not been to the range with it yet. I hope this helps some of you out! |
| Well I shot up some of the ammo today and it was as good as anything else I have tried so far. Keep in mind that I was only shooting 300 yards as I don't have many chances to shoot at more range than that. I was shooting bowling pins so at that range it is pretty good ammo. I love watching those bowling pins react to the shock of a 50 cal. LOL I will be getting more of this ammo for myself for plinking it does pretty good! |
