So I am in the market for a PS90 and I have already have a suppressor that supports 5.7x28 that is threaded in 1/2x28. Is there anyway to make this work? I do not want to SBR it! I keep getting some conflicting information on the interweb about this topic. Any one have any experience with this or even better pictures?

Thanks!!!!

If you remove the flash hider (which has a pin that must be drilled), the barrel will be under the minimum length that is legal. Be aware of that....

There are/were an 18" aftermarket barrel - I forget who makes it. The Fn Forum probably has reference to it someplace.

To surpress it, you will have to SBR unless you buy that 18" barrel

The barrel is not under 16", the problem is the overall length will be under 26" without the shroud/extension.

I have not seen that yet.. That is super exciting but seems like it might be some time before this comes to market. I am going to get PS90 and either end up SBR it or wait for one the Hunter shrouds to come out.. Thank you to everyone for the info!!

if you are sbr'ing that ps90 good luck with finding a barrel, most places sold out or don't make them any more and if you do find one the price is almost as a new gun. I live in cincy too , I sbr'ed my gun about 2 years ago and find parts was a pain.

As installed in that video, it would not be legal unless the receiver was registered as a SBR.  The shroud must be permanently attached to the 16" barrel to keep the OAL over 26".
