Will standard AR15 height mounts work well for the SCAR? (i.e. Larue SPR, ACOG mounts, etc)

Are they too high or too low?

I'm not sure.

Why would you want to get rid of the FN sights? They're actually pretty nice. I will say that the FN sights co-witness perfectly with my Eotech.

Yes, standard height.

I used the same LaRue mount I use on my ARs and I get a great co-witness.
