FNH USA has a few courses, but they seem to be LE only. here are the courses

does anyone offer courses in the use of the PS90 or PS90SBR to civillians?

I am military (Army Guard), but Uncle won't send me to anything not involving issue weapons.

I'd look for subgun courses for the PS90.

There are a few places that do offer them and you might even be able to find some local places.  However, having a specific PS90 course just for PS90s...probably not.
