So I have a colt Sp1 full length rifle with a Rdias for full auto but it has the stock butt stock and stock ar 15 buffer the long one. any recommendations on a stock that will work for me? I have a H2 buffer  can I just switch the buffers and save some money? or do I have to purchase a new stock and spring to use with my H2 buffer? thanks.

Never use a car buffer in a full length buffer tube/stock it will cause major damage to the lower.

ok thanks really i just need answers to 2 questions..

1. can i use a carbine stock with h2 buffer with a 20' upper for auto? or do I need a full length stock to use with the full length upper??

2. what buffer do i use with a full length stock?

1. yes, no
2. rifle  buffer...it looks much different than a carbine, you will know it when you see it (it's about 2" longer).

For rifle length tubes/stocks there really isn't different weighted buffers.

The weighted buffers are for the CAR buffers/telescoping stocks. As far as the weight it will depend on many variables but as a general rule pick up normal, H, and H2 buffers and you can find out which ones work best.
