I am thinking about having my receiver cleaned up and re-done soon.  Its in NV and I had to move back to CA for work and have a mini-Uzi if I want to play, I figure I could spend $1000 on her.  I can always sell it but I cant replace because I dont live in NV anymore so this one will be in the Family until I die and then my Son can make up his mind what he wants to do with it.

The Receiver has already been refinished by a non-knower, the sear has been polished on the sides because of paint buildup and there are some big gouges from a bent selector or something.  It is of course mark Oly Arms and the roll marks are pretty light. The sear pin also moves slightly as the hole isnt perfectly tight or round but it runs 100% with every upper I used.  On a side note I was out playing a few years ago and my rifle runs a bit slower than a new M4.  I was next to a DHS guy and noticed this.

If I wanted to have the gouge removed and the roll mark re-done like the new Frankford receivers are done with the deep markings, have the holes rigged up to factory Colt (.gov) specs whats the first step?
