I finally got a Beta Mag for my DIAS. The gas tube on my 7.5" only lasted about 90 rounds, so I only got video of my 16" upper. Ended up putting 700 rounds through it and it ran flawlessly.

This is the third one I have destroyed. The first two just melted and tied my gun up.
When this one blew,I was wearing gloves and didn't even notice until it wouldn't cycle.

I had to cut it out because of how it bulged in the receiver.

I had the exact same experience with my 7.5" gas tube.   It lasted between 85-90 rounds in the dump before it burst.      I just replaced the tube and it still runs like a champ.    I just don't dump beta's anymore.

your gas port must be huge, I've shot just as much and never lost a gas tube on my 7.5" upper.

are your bullets tumbling? The holes dont look very round in the target.

What target?

ETA: Never mind, I didn't watch the video. Just watched it and have to agree with bigbore. It looks like they might be tumbling? That's not the 7.5" upper though...

I also have done a lot more shooting with out melting the gas tube that quick.

That was a different upper on the video, but yes they were tumbling. It's a 1-9" barrel, and I was shooting some 40 grain bullets.

What is the normal port diameter for a pistol length system? My gas port measured out at .085

HOLY $HIT, .085 is way too big, by at least double. I'll have to measure one at the shop, but the ports in 7.5" barrels are tiny.  If you want, I can plug it and redrill for you.
