I've got a JCB RDIAS. It fits fine in my ALL Colt 9mm. Its an LE marked gun. Problem is that M-16 internals don't fit. The colt pins are too large. What can be done? Does anyone offer M16 internals that fit the larger colt pins? Hope I didn't waste $1800 on non usable host gun. BTW it came with 2 uppers 10" and 16".

It depends on the year of production of the weapon.  Early production 9 mikes (pre 92') models came with the .155 fire control pin size which matches that of the M16 series.  Your problem sounds like the Colt 9mm sub gun that you have is 92' or after and comes with  the larger .170 sized pins in the fire control components.   Especially post 92' if it is LE stamped.  They will not be interchangable.  You would need an appropriate lower receiver.  While it is done, I personally do not suggest that you machine the lower.

I can't really say I have seen one of these guns that will take the sear without milling out the sear space, but just have a machinist with high quality carbide drills drill out the M16 fireset to the proper larger diameter to match your pins.
