Bought my first MAC-10/45. Got it from from an in state individual. Good price, plus saved a bit time and money by avoiding having to deal with SOT/FFL's

Excellent!  I am trying to work a deal on one myself, having gotten the blessing of the sheriff, as required in North Carolina.

good for you.  I loved my MAC .45 too.  Sold it last year for a Reising which I also love.  But the MACs are just tank workhorses and it will give you lots of bullethose pleasure.

enjoy it and keep it hot....

Needs a can to go with it.

That gun completely changes identity when a suppressor is on it

try setting it on semi and shooting off the bench. You be surprised at how accurate it is.

Also, the little peep sight works great, but front post needs to be bent down pretty far or you'll shoot way low.

Make sure your recoil spring is new and the bolt slides without resistance

They need the recoil spring to smartly ram the bolt forward in order to get optimum reliability

also, be aware that the CNC'd solid bolts are way way heavier than the cast bolts, they shoot much slower
