do you have a thread on this? Would love to see a range review/longevity test.

nothing yet. went to the range once since i got it, and had some failure to eject. i called them about the problem and they said the bolt is supposed to have an extractor donut. took the extractor apart and mine is missing, they offered for me to send it to them and they would get it right back to me. but i decided to try the donut first, so they are sending me one ASAP. i felt the extractor tension compared to my 5.56 diablo and the 5.56 is noticeably stiffer and it doesn't have a donut. they are 100% sure it will fix it. and i am still waiting on 30rnd c-mags. after it runs good i will do a youtube vid of both guns and some comparison

Well, I am interested too on foxjordan22's report.  I almost bought his same Diablo upper.......but sadly cant afford such an upper

My 7.62 is low budget.........Model 1 Sales Barrel and BCG......the rest of the gun is pieces I had laying around..............Anyway, I shot her today........90rds went through, Wolf ammo, (3 mags full).  Had about 4-5 light strikes...so I will be getting the heavyer hammer spring.  That was the only thing with the upper.

Now....the 30rd C-mag ....I had to modify: 1- it would only take 27 rds and wouldn't feed at all.  So I took it apart to see whats up..........LOL, it had 2 followers in it wtf !.  Took one out but when I put it back together I made sure spring was pushing hardest under the "front" of the follower cuz the rounds were feeding low on the feed ramps prior. 2-Now it fed good after that until,........the last round .   The bolt would not hold open, and here's why........the mag must of been a 1st gen. cuz the follower is a little short from front to back (bout' 1/16").  When the follower is all the way forward, it just misses the bolt catch lever in the rear. I even checked the "2nd bonus " follower (once again ).

On the way home I stopped and bought 2 more c-mags.  These are newer........different shade of black and no front to back follower slop (follower is visually longer)......but, arrrrrgh!....the springs on the new ones are not srong enough to push up on the bolt catch....again, wtf?.   I may have to hand-stretch them a little,  or maybe mod the bolt catch spring to be softer.   This sucks.....evryone was saying the new 7.62 mags were working good??   I'll figure it out though..................

The good part.........Damm !!! 7.62x39 out of an 11 1/2" barrel is shockingly impressive to say the least........I was scared to cheek-weld it on the pistol lower, the SBR lower was much better.....definitly needs a muzzle break !!   It's gonna be a riot when the mags are 100% !!!

Keep us all posted on yours,......... foxjordan22............maybe you wont have c-mag probs

Update............Called C-Products today, the nice lady was happy to send me a new follower.  She even admitted that the first runs were short and created the slop I was talking about.

Thank you,   C-Products

Now, to make the bolt catch work every time ??............................................

thanks. sorry to hear about your c-prod mag problems, ive read to use wolf extra power ak47 mag springs in the ar 7.62x39 mags if they dont function 100%,( look into that). i have 5 c-prod mags coming on monday so i will see how they work. i got the d ring heavy duty extractor donut upgrade in, and it shoots great. fed all 60rounds today with no issues. sucks loading the 10 round mag so many times. i will post a youtube video of the 5.56 and 7.62 diablo after shooting on sunday and try to compare the two.
