Can I take my SBR over state lines into another state or through multiple states if they all allow class III weapons?

I know this is probably in search but I am using one of the "undercover" sites and struggling with just that let alone the search.

Thanks

Just to follow up, if your destination is more than one state, you need a separate 5320.20 for each state. If you are just passing through several states to get to another, only your final destination needs to be approved.

Finally, even if a state does not allow NFA, you are protected under FOPA to be able to travel through the state so long as your destination is legal. You must comply with the storage provisions of FOPA when traveling through enemy territory.
