I searched and didn't find what i was looking for and didn't see anything in the picture threads.
I'm going to be building my first SBR soon and adding a suppressor later down the road. what I'm planning on doing is running a Rifle length FF rail with a 10.5" barrel and would like to see a picture of something set up similar with and without the suppressor. now with that extra inch and a half of forearm will i have damage too it from the flash hider/comp until i can get the suppressor or won't it matter? thanks in advance. |

Here is a 6" barrel and a 10" rail (9mm)
If I remember tonight I will get a 5.56 with a 10.5 barrel picture for you with and without supressor. As far as yoru second question, I purchased fake cans from spikes that I put on when i am not shotting supressed. I wasn't worred so much about the flash damage the HG as I was worried about haveing my hand far enough forward to be under the flash. Esp. on the 10.5" 5.56....It puts out a nice little fire ball with nothing on the end of the barrel. Dan |
