I have a Form 1 question, I have an appointment with CLEO Monday to sigh off for my SRB that I want to build. I have printed the online version and printed it out both sides in a single document. My question is can I embed my photo on the Form 1 or does it have to be true photo attached. I do not wont to have to go through this process twice do a screw up on my part.  I am a newbie on NFA and I just want do it right the first time.

Thanks for any insight anyone can offer up.

Thanks
Richard

I believe it has to be real pictures

for your first nfa item you need 3, one on each form
i just got passport pictures

Also, i dont mean to sound like a dick or anything but you should do it the right way and go the extra mile so you don't get a disapproval or delay

Thats why the OP was asking the question.  And what do you need 3 of? You only need all forms due in duplicate...as far as i know that means just 2.

You can print your photos on photo paper with a color printer.  I have done this before.

This guy doesn't know what he's talking about.  You only ever need two photos.  One for each copy of the Form 1/4/5.  That's true if it's your first transfer or your 81st.

And yes, you can imbed the picture and print it directly onto the form.  I've got a few that were done that way and never had any problems.

I stapled my pic to mine, but other local guys I know did the computer pic thing. ATF doesn't seem to care either way. BSW

Weird, my dealer made me do 3 copies for my first sbr, I sent all 3 and never got an extra back, just 1 original

Your dealer may have wanted to keep one, but the ATF only require forms in duplicate.
