A buddy just got a B&T tp-9 pistol and I have a couple of questions. We live in Alabama and sbr's are not allowed so the folding stock is out. What about a front grip on the lower rail? would this make it a AOW? What about a sling swivel and strap in front? He's going to put a can and a aimpoint on it but wanted some kind of forward grip. thanks
