[ARCHIVED THREAD] - New Address for Form 1s

As of 1 Mar 2007, ATF examiner recommends the following address for Form 1:

DOJ/BATF
NFA Branch
244 Needy Rd Suite 1250
Martinsburg WV 25405

I was just informed this.

Actually, that address became the correct one in June 2006. And it still is.

however, this is not the address that is on the ATF form 1s that can be downloaded from the website. sorry. thought it should be mentioned somewhere specific

ATF Form 1 PDFs have wrong zip and no suite

FWIW, I sent a Form 1 to:
National Firearms Branch
244 needy Road
Martinsburg WV 25401

on Feb 28th and it was received on the 1st. This is the address that I had.As long as you have NFA / 244 needy road / Martinsburg I think you are fine. The 254XX zip seems to be for the ATF.

actually when i sent mine in i used the 25405 but the post office computer spit out the 25401 zip code. it doesn't matter, it will get there.
