What type of ammo should be shot in an MP5? Is normal factory loads best for these weapons? Or can +P and +P+ rounds also be used on a regular basis without beating up the weapon?

The MP5 will break if shot with heavy loads, how many +p+sss that is I do not know. Anything listed as high pressure for open bolt subguns only should not be fired.

Standard pressure loads in the 115 to 124gr range should be fine. Reald deal NATO loads should be good as well even though they are a little hotter than SAAMI 9mm.
