So help me out here. Newbe here as my questions will show.
If I want to shoot real 12 gauge rounds (not just flares) from a Havoc or other similar launcher, it needs to be registered as a DD? Or does it need to be registered as a SBS? What I really want is to have a 12ga under mounted shotgun but don't want the look or weight(or price) of a KAC Master Key style system. Having the look of a 203 but with the projectile of a shotgun is what I want. I live in Oregon where DD's are legal but not incendiary DD's. SBS's are also legal. Anyone make a 203 looking SBS or is best route to go to buy a launcher, register it and get adapters for 12ga? Are there different 12ga adapters for actual 12ga rounds, or are the ones sold as flare adapters what is needed once proper registraton is all taken care of? Any help is appreciated. |

Ahhhhh......Young grasshopper the knowledge you seek is right here in the link below https://www.freewebs.com/grog/ The material to make a 37mm buckshot round can be purchased here. http://www.americanspecialtyammo.com/ There is a enough info in those links to make your eyes bleed for a year. Grog the Jedi master of 37/40mm sells 2 reloading CD's and I would recommend them to anyone getting to the hobby!! |
