I am thinking of buying an LMT rail mount m203 and was wondering if an Omega rail would be sturdy enough, or do i need something like a Larue or the other DD rails?

I don't know about the Omega, but the LaRue is not ideal for the M203. While it will hold up to the M203 just fine, it won't let you mount it all the way back. The M203 will have to be moved a little forward to clear the nut.

I have been using an LMT rail mount on a Surefire 2 piece rail for years with no problems. That's after I sheared the lugs right off a YHM rail and my brand new LMT 203 fell right to the concrete.
