Looking around the EE and GB, I've noticed quite a few people selling hand-thrown or launched CS cans. To my knowledge, atleast in Texas, a "chemical dispertion device" is considered a regulated item and a 3rd degree felony to possess. Am I wrong here, or are there other states that are a little more liberal with laws on this stuff.

Totally legal in VA, and NC...  Beyond that, I couldn't tell you.
