Do you need a M4 cut in the barrel to use a railed m203? Im going to be getting one with tax return money, and i dont believe you have to have the cut for it.

I'm pretty sure you don't thus the "rail mount" system.  It just hooks onto a rail.

I don't own one YET so don't count on me, instead, go here and sign up!

Right - no barrel cut needed.  What you do need is a rail to mount it on that is solidly mounted to the firearm.
