Is that a laser sight? Can M203's be sighted with lasers effectively?

Heres what i use. Its a Meprolight, It works in day time and night.

I hear a lot of bad things about there here on the forums but i got it from Cal's Sporting armory. It was the only place I could find it.

How does the added weight of the M203 feel? Does it add a lot or is it not so bad?

Its noticeable if you have to carry it all day. I have a Knights QD mount for it so i can just take it off and put it in my pack if im going on a long shoot also i use the VLtor HG so i can remount the bottom section with out any tools.
