They definitely need some newer can comparisons.

This isn't the rimfire can for me but I always welcome more options.

In before the witty Kevin B comments on social media.

I think this marks the departure from monocore cans for them and they've got some neat ideas in that can. Somewhat interested in seeing what pricing will be on it.

Same here!   I own a TM Isis 2 that lives on a .357 Magnum Handi Rifle.    Its my go-to rig for shooting 158 grain subsonic .38 Specials and it's stupid quiet.    Maintenance is very simple if I use clean burning powder and plated bullets.    Maintenance SUCKS when shooting 9mm with lead bullets, or exposed lead base FMJ's.    I've had the core literally weld itself to the tube in as little as 100 rounds of exposed lead FMJ ammo.   Getting it unstuck was a bitch, and I will not be shooting uncoated bullets again through the Isis 2.  The typical Thompson Machine monocore is a simple design that works quite well.    A downside of this design is FRP and the need to remove fouling from the tube to avoid core seizure.    I hope the new baffle design found in the Horizon is a step in the right direction for Thompson Machine.

I like it but dont know if I would buy one. If they can prove to me that one of the many junctions does not come loose under extended firing sessions then I would be interested.

Met Brooks 2-3 different times and is a great guy. And really enjoying the videos they put up on YouTube.

I'd like to see a company take this concept of modularity to the next level and do one in 308.  Similar to what H&K did for the G3 in patent #5,679,916 back in the late 1990's.
