The serial number and transferee name (individual name or trust/entity name) is what you need when you call. 
But based on the stories I hear of difficult dealers, they may never respond to the email or take the time to give that info over the phone. |

| I purchased 2 cans pre-41F last year. As part of the sale, they gave me a copy of the form. If I do any more NFA purchases I will request a copy of the form if it is not offered. It made it easy for pick up also, i walked in and gave them the copy of the form, they went and got it from the back. |
