Which is the "best" modular suppressor out right now? The quietest across the board? I realize these are opinions and things will be different for everyone's firearms, just looking for a general consencous. I was looking at the Hybrid, Optimus and Mystic X. I have never bought one before so wanted to try something out across all my guns. I have a custom 10/22, multiple AR's, 9MM, .45 acp and a couple .308 rifles.

I have the Optimus and love it. I've ran it on everything from my G19,MCX,MPX to both my precision rifles.
All on the same range trip

i don't know if it's the quietest but it's pretty damn quiet. And fairly light.

Is the Mystic rated for 308 supersonic?  I bought a Chaotic a couple years ago because the Mystic wasn't rated for 308 supers but I know Liberty has done some new versions of their cores in titanium that has boosted the caliber ratings

No the Mystic X not rated for super sonic 308 and they removed subsonic 308 form the caliber list as well.

That pretty well takes the Mystic out of it then. It seems like I read somewhere that the Hybrid doesn't come apart to clean easily or something like that. Any truth to that?

I really like the idea of the Optimus and that was my first choice just based on my research, but I was hoping to get some real world opinions. Are there any modular suppressor's I don't know about that would be a good choice?

Don't think the Hybrid is user serviceable (?) but it is not modular.

Griffin Optimus or the Rugged Surge.

Another vote for the optimus

I use it on my .308 bolt action, 300 blk, 5.56 AR, AR9 and pistols. Very easy to reconfigure.

This weekend was the first time I had a chance to actually shoot my .308 with it from a bench. Was pretty impressed. My 175smk  load still shot the same except POI shift was about 3" high. Group size stayed the same

Griffin has some of the nicest mounts IMO. I run the taper mount minimalist flash hiders on my ARs and the minimalist comp on my 308. No problems getting it off after shooting

For my AR9 I just use the pistol booster with the fixed barrel spacerr

Is the Surge compatible with 9mm? I didn't see anything about that mentioned in the specs.

Where are some good sights to purchase the Optimus? Silencer shop is backordered for who knows how long. I'm signing my  trust tomorrow with a notary, so I'll be ready to go.

No, it's rated up to 300 RUM. You would be better off getting a pistol can and a rifle can rather than one that pulls double duty. Most of the modular cans that can accommodate rifle and pistol rounds are a lot heavier than dedicated pistol cans.

Another vote for an Optimus. Mine has been great on everything I tried it on so far.

Weight is a trade off but I'm extremely happy being able to suppress everything right now with the Optimus and a Spectre II

Honestly the Optimus might end up being my only pistol can for quite some time as I enjoy suppressed rifles a lot more anyway. Before owning a suppressor I thought it would be the opposite

Another rifle can is next, probably an Alpha

Another vote for the Optimus. I run mine on an MPX, CZ75, 1911-22, and AR-15. I am going to buy a 24mm adapter so I can run it on my AK.

14mm?

I think I was most surprised how well it worked on my 20" .308

I'm waiting on the stamp for an Optimus (and a slew of other dedicated cans).

The Optimus seems to be the only can out there right now that is multical, modular, and user serviceable.

Another vote for Griffin from a very satisfied optimus owner.
