Hello experts...filling out new form 4's for two new suppressors using my Trust.  Sorry in advance for ignorance.  I did read the instructions.

Question 1:  item 12:  CLEO notification.  With a Trust, is this required?  if so, what is best process?  Make a photo copy of the approved form and take it to them?

Question 2:  Item 18:  For the sake of this discussion, I am removing all Responsible Persons from my Trust.  Assume if I simply answer "0" to item 18, item 19 is left blank and no issues?

Question 2a:  assuming "yes" to the question above (answer "0" responsible persons), then my Form 4 is really only two pages, front and back, nothing else?

Question 3:  Copy of Trust - one PER copy (i.e two forms, two copies of trust)?  Then yet another copy of the Form 4 (approved?  or as submitted?) plus copy of trust to CLEO?

Thanks!

Jon

sweet, thank you so much!

This is such a pain in the ass now compared to trust prior to 41F.

Just think how much safer our society is going to be now, you know, with all those gang bangers that were using trusts that are now going to be prevented from owning a suppressor, sbr etc...oh wait, nevermind that was just delusional Barry saying that.

And big thanks to NFATCA for petitioning ATF to make all these changes

so one more question if anyone can answer...I have both packets together, filing as a trust.  I have made myself the only responsible party.

Do I need to include anything other than the sections of the trust ending with the signature/notary page (i.e. Schedule A-D)???  I did NOT do this for my last two SBR's or suppressors, but someone somewhere was suggesting now they will reject it without all schedules attached.

Do I really want to send them a list of inventory?  If just me as the responsible person, should anything even be on Schedule B-D???

Thanks!

Hell no. I send the Schedule A showing $10.00 cash, like when I originally had the trust written up.

that is what I was thinking, or no schedules at all.  I just don't want to get in the seemingly two-year line to get rejected for something stupid like that.

thanks

Don't do that. You'll get rejected if you don't send the Schedules.

I would like to add to the fingerprint part. I had mine kicked back years ago because the print was only the first pad. I was told it had to show the whole pad and the second joint aswell. Hope that makes sense and helps.

this is where my question is...for 2 x SBR's and 2 x suppressors, I only sent the trust, no schedules, and all were approved.  Has this changed with 41F????

Thanks all

It depends on your trust. If the schedules are referenced in the declaration of trust, then they're supposed to be included.

I was told if any page numbers are missing they will reject as well. Guess they look to see if your holding anything back.
