I know I'm late to the party. I have my trust finished and printed off the paper copy of the form 1. If I get it post marked today will I be ok??

No, had to be done yesterday to avoid the new rule. You must now file using the new form and process.

No, sir... It had to post marked by the 12th. You will need the new forms, photo, and prints.

Additionally...the pre-41F forms are now obsolete, so you can't even just add the prints and photos and mail them...have to start over.

With tens of thousands of forms arriving at BATFE in the next few days, it will not surprise me if a few submitted after 7/12 sneak through....

I'm sure a few will. There are 10's of thousands of forms showing up in the next couple days from silencer shop alone.
