Does anyone make an adjustable gas block that will work with a hand guard cap? My concern is in keeping the standard M4 hand guard the retaining cap will push the gas block too far forward.

Any clamp or setscrew block should work.
No reason to not use a pinned one either, if you prefer.
If you want to keep the M4 look, JP makes one with the M4 sight tower. YHM makes one with a folding front.
