For those of you that have purchased from Lanbo's Armory - how fast did they file your form 3?
I am thinking about buying a silencer from them, but want to be sure I do not miss the deadline for 41F. We are creeping up on that deadline and I don't want to miss it because a vendor waited to file a Form 3. Thanks! |

I think you might want to be more specific with regards to buying items from Lanbo; they have in stock items at their store and warehouse stock items. For me, I bought from the latter: it took them about 2 days to recognize my ffl dealer's info was sent in and another 2.5 weeks for them to file the form 3. I bought another suppressor about a week past the first one and they both went in at the same time. So 2.5 weeks for one and week for the other one basically.
I never received a serial number for either DA suppressor; just my order number and model number. Also, my status states "awaiting ATF-incoming" which when I look it up, means they sent in my form 3 for transferring to my local SOT. They did ship my other items which were in stock items from their store very quickly. With the current wait times for the form 3's, I think I'm done trying to transfer any NFA items since my DA Mask at Captiol Armory is almost 2 months out on a form 3. I have 4 cans waiting form 3 right now. I think we may have reached the end of the form 3's being submitted in time before the July 13 deadline for trusts. |

How does a serial number help? It just means they physically have the can and can prove it. It sucks with they don't have the s/n at all and are waiting on the manuf. |

Here's where I'm at: Form 3 submitted 1/25/2016 Form 3 approved 3/25/2016 ....still waiting for originating Quiet Riot to receive Form 3 so they can ship suppressor to my local dealer........ |
