I have a badly leaded seal Ti can. Years of use, and only cleaned a few time in an ultrasonic cleaning.

It's heavy, and it should not be.

How long can/should it stay in the dip?

Minutes, hours, days?

Don't do it.  Two reasons:

1) titanium will be eaten by the dip
2) hydrogen produced by the reaction with lead will cause embrittlement of the titanium.  Google Titanium Hydrogen Embrittlement

Or, you can check out this link: http://nfatalk.org/forum/showthread.php?t=8349

Glad I read this.   Was about to buy a Ti monocore .22 can and planned on keeping it clean with the dip.
