Looking at purchasing a suppressor for my Walther P22 & Ruger SR22. What's a good can for each/both of these pistols? Thanks!

Dead Air Mask HD. It's short in length and FRP is not bad.

Spectre II or Mask. Very similar designs. I think you have a better chance of SilencerCo still being around in 10+ years vs Dead Air though if you have concerns with warranty work and such in the long term future.

Ruger Silent-SR ... that's gonna be my next can. Or maybe the TBAC 22 Takedown. Or maybe the new Griffin Checkmate.

For a pistol only can the AAC Element 2 is hard to beat. It has no FRP and is lighter than most other .22 cans.

Spectre 2 and Dead Air Mask should also be on your list.

Seriously though. Element 2 is hard to beat. Axiom is an excellent choice as well. As a general rule of them unless a silencer has been out for at least a year don't believe the hype. Too many bandwagon jumpers reading blogs from SHOT.

Thanks everyone. The three I've been looking at the hardest are the Sico Spectre2, the Sico Sparrow, & the AAC Element2. Is one better than the others for these 2 pistols? How would you rate the 3 of them? Thanks again!

Of your choices, Spectre II or Element 2, flip a coin. Others to consider are the Dead Air Mask and the new Thunder Beast 22TD.
