Brownells has Ed Brown .45 5” threaded 1911 barrels on sale for $170. The sale has been going on for a while so you can wait till they offer a 10% coupon code for a better deal. One major warning though, there are reports that the threading isn’t long anough on the barrel and the suppressor mounts may bottom out ont he barrel bushing. You mileage may vary. |

Hansohn gave me a code a week and half ago for my can. It was BF18. When Hansohn posted that their sale was live they posted the same code with an asterisk. I didn't know if the code they gave me was the same as the live sale. Sorry for the confusion

I went to my local Palmetto State Armory store on Black Friday. I was there 5 minutes after opening and missed the only Dead Air Sandman-S in stock. The guy in front of me who bought it had no idea what he was doing. Asked if he could change his mind before doing the paperwork, wanted to file as an individual even though he's married and has children because he can just "change it later" and so on. 50% off was no joke.

You can file as an individual with a wife and kids. ATF transfers them to your spouse tax free when you die.

Bought a Maxim 9 from Bunker during the summer. Kind of a pain sending payment via snail mail etc but I'm happy with how everything worked out, especially considering the savings. That's a great price on the Sig cans.
