Is it a decent can? Good for heavy volume of rounds?

Supposedly they're really short with a 3-lug

I've got one, prefer the Octane or Liberty Mystic/Infiniti for pistol caliber carbine use. Good luck.

Put one on my 9mm AR build for the SO. She likes it, and its quiet. Easy to take apart and clean. Bought mine with a 3 lug rear and mated it up to a 5in TROS barrel. Works like a champ.

I've got an older model that doesn't disassemble. I've used it on everything from pistols to a 9mm AR. It's a good can and sounds great. When I bought mine, it was one of the only options for interchangeable mounts and 3 lug, fixed barrels, etc.

However, given that the Multimount is being phased out for the GM-9, and the Octane 9 is still a current production item, I'd probably lean towards that if I were buying a new one today.

Based on...sounding better(Infiniti) and more durable guts(Octane and Mystic). I had thought the MM was a quiet can until I got an Infiniti, then I realized there was a pronounced FRP with the MM compared to the Liberty can. My Octane may not sound as great as the Infiniti on a PCC, but I sure never have to wait on blasting rounds through it as compared to the MM. Just observations.
