When shooting 5.56 do you use the brake and if so any noticeable difference.

Also curious.

Silencershop reported significantly better numbers when using the 5.56 end cap.

From the YouTube videos I have seen there doesn't seem to be much of a difference between the brake and flat 7.62 end cap.

145.8 vs 134.0 @ shooters ear with a 16" barrel. Ill be buying the 5.56 end cap at some point.

To me, it is noticeably quieter with the 5.56 end cap compared to the .30 cal brake. Largest cal I've shot through it is 7.62x39. So, not a very good test for the brake.
