Can too much ablative cause a baffle strike?

Also can the build up of carbon/ablative/etc. cause a baffle strike?

I noticed my Gemtech GM-9 after a few mags of using water as an ablative its quite dirty. It almost looks like unburnt powder sticking to the baffles and it rinses off easily with water. I'll get some pics next time I shoot it. Any reason to be concerned here?

Thanks for any input!
