Took possession of my Saker 762 last week. I ordered a direct thread adapter and had my new tikka superlight threaded (223) this week.
Adapter arrived and threading was finished on the same day.   I was a little worried because some guys were saying that the direct-thread adapter could cause problems in accuracy with mounts on top of mounts, etc. BUT it works great!  It may actually be more accurate with the suppressor than without.

Took her out yesterday, zero'd, then went chuck hunting. I couldn't be happier with performance and it was pretty quiet as-is.  I may buy the 556 end cap at some point, but I'm not in any real hurry.
I still need to get the shots-fired  :  dollars-invested under $100/shot before I buy anything else for it.

Very nice, thanks for the pics.  Did it sound pretty quiet to you?

Awesome setup. Doesn't look like it shoots very well.

It sounds as I expected it to with supersonic ammo. I just wanted to hunt without earpro and its more than comfortable to shoot without plugs.

Thanks for the write up and the pics!

I have a saker 7.62 in jail right now and I can't wait to get my hands on it.

Awesome pics and a nice looking rifle.

I've got a F4 pending for my Saker, should be here for deer season.

What profile barrel is the superlight? I talked to SiCo and they said the 5/8x24 threads for the 30 cal can need a recommended .725, which excludes most of the lighter-weight barrels.

It's a .223 so I did 1/2 x 28.
I have the same rifle in 300wm and the barrel is only wide enough to do threads for the 5/8x24 (0.65'ish), but it doesn't leave room for a shoulder.  So, I won't be threading my 300 tikka.  I got the suppressor to use on .223's mostly, but wanted something to "grow into" if I happen to get another .30cal rifle.

I had my 300wm before I bought the saker, so I figured if it works, great, if not, no big deal.
