Is there a thread around with different layouts and their effectiveness in suppression? I am still debating on how many spacers and FP's I should add. All have an initial blast baffle spacer, one I have seen has all FP's after that initial spacer, and some others have 3 spacers of varying thickness. I am sure there's a point where adding more FP's does nothing but add more weight to the can, and that space would be better suited for a lighter spacer. My build will be a 7.6" Ti tube with aluminum endcap and rear thread protector and formed 41* Dorman freeze plugs. Your thoughts?

No. There are examples spread all throughout various threads.

I haven't seen anybody post meter readings to see what works best. Usually it's just their interpretation of how it sounds to other commercial cans or home builds. The problem with that is that tone plays a huge part in what we perceive as louder than something else. One can could have a lower, more pleasing tone, yet actually be louder.

I'm building two trios of cans. One set will be tightly stacked FPs, and the other set will be a VR blast baffle followed by spaced out FPs. I hope to be able to have them professionally metered against some of my commercial cans, and hope that data will help others.

User Weber on another forum and I believe he is on here posted these awesome renditions of layouts. I am going to go with one or the other depending on weight. I do like the idea of more FP's although I dont want to turn my Ti can into a 25 oz can with all those FP's.

anyone know the length of this brake from the front of the collar to the muzzle end or who makes the shortest brake that DM can make a cap for? i prefer something like this YHM due to the positive locking mechanism.

Will they require forming just like freeze plugs do?
