I know I'm grabbing at straws here but any chance they're the same threads? I have an AAC mount on my gun and I've sent out my form 1 for a homemade maglite can, and I see SilencerCo sells a Saker adapter for AAC mounts. I'd rather use a high quality mount than SD Tactical's mount or direct thread. Thanks.

We have asked some machine shops if they could do an endcap that is compatible. The factory threads (20 TPI) are NOT. No response that I am aware of at this point.

If you buy the right size tube, you can have it threaded for the SiCo mount...

I was wondering about the same thing for a form 1 build a while back. I asked the question over at silencer talk and this is what I was told it was.

The Saker mount thread size is 1 3/8-32 UNS-3A. The mount included angle is 20°

I think that it would be a great idea for a form 1 build.  The only drawback is the cost of the MAAD mount

I hope this helps.

My understanding (also from ST) is that the angle was 10 degrees. Either way, its doable (but expensive).

I never fully looked into it.  What makes it so expensive? Is it the angle?

The maad modules retail for about $250.
