I have an Octane 45 in ATF jail and just picked up a Glock 21 as a host.  I need some suggestions for powder for some new loads.  In the past I have used Universal Clays behind a 200 gr RNFP cast bullet.  The load is fairly accurate but the powder is dirty and leaves a lot of grains unburnt making a mess.

So I want a powder that I can load with the 200 gr. cast bullet that will burn clean without lots of blowback/ burnt powder in the face.  Also, I tend to like fairly hot loads to milk performance out of the cartridge.

I have a while before the can gets approved, but with the powder situation the way it is I want to have some time to round up a good supply of whatever new powder is chosen.

Thanks for your suggestions.  Merry Christmas!

ETA  Big plus if it will work with 9mm 124gr cast, and .40  180 gr cast.

3.6gr titegroup under a 124gr 9mm works great for a suppressed round through the Octane 45

I have a Glock 21TB coming so I am interested in some good 45 loads.

As well as TG works for the 9mm I imagine it will work well for the 45.
