School me on what cans do multiple rounds well. I have no 308 rifles and don't want to suppress one, but am thinking about a 9mm or 300subsonic can. Would not mind throwing a can on a Glock 9mm, but that is less important than an AR type.
I have seen several 9 cans that do 300 sub and even 22lr. Any 9 cans that can do 300 supersonic or 5.56 and not weigh a ton Any light do it all 308 cans? Weight is very important to me as well as reasonably priced. Too bad the on sale Evolution 9 and Ti-rant 9 are not good for 300 whisper. |

Your post is confusing.
Generally speaking, there's three categories of cans: rifle, pistol, and .22. Pick the right tool for the job. Silencers really aren't that expensive. There are a few .308 cans that are relatively small and light, including the AAC SDN-6, Silencerco Saker, Silencerco Specwar K, and some Surefire stuff. The Specwar K looks like a very compelling option for a small .308 or .300BLK can. If you don't have any cans yet, a small .308 can and a .45 can are very tough to beat for versatility. Follow that up with a .22 can and you have virtually every base covered. |

It is (as is the Saker K)...and they haven't. They did say they tested some shorter 762 versions but don't expect to see them anytime soon. Quoted:

Yeah, I thought so, but I saw that GeneralPurpose posted "The Specwar K looks like a very compelling option for a small .308 or .300BLK can." |

Finished my research and went with an on sale YHM ULT. Light, short, and I like the attachment system. It should be OK on 308 and 5.56, but perform well on 300black and 6.8.
Needless to say this means I am abandoning 9mm. Now I just gotta get a form 1 started to go along with the form 3's and 4' floating around. |
