So I recently got back my form 1 for an SBR and the stamp bug bit hard. I now want a can, not for the SBR as it's a 7.5 but for my 20". I'm stuck between the Griffin m4sd ii, the AAC 556 and 762 sd. I like the griffin because I can stay on track with my m16a4 replica build and it offers decent sound reduction. I like the AAC stuff cause it offers slightly less sound reduction but a much lower price point with the extension of the "damn the man" promotion. My only hold up on the AAC stuff is the change in aesthetics. What would you do?

I was looking at the 762 because I'd heard that .308 can's reduce blowback and leaves me room for a 300 black build in the future. Sorry for the barrage of text, if any of my ramblings don't make sense I'll have a cup of coffee and try to clarify what I was trying to say.

You can get a Saker 762 and run it on both your 7.5" and 20" rifles...

Same with the Specwar 762. It'll handle a 7" 556 or 300BLK rifle.

After seeing what it does to the brake it has on it, I'll just play it safe and not put a can on the 7.5"

The most use I have on my Specwar 7.62 is on my 7" AR.
I shoot it on a .308 and it is awesome on my 300BLK but it gets shot more on my little AR that on anything else.
The Silencerco stuff is built super tough...

research is pushing me toward the saker 762. It's pricier but seems like it has better materials and I really like the mount it uses vs AAC systems
