I am getting stuck at the 'maker" screen. If I'm doing a Form 1, then I'm the maker, but it has to be a valid maker.

What's the trick?

Manufacturer Code = FMI (that's the letter "i", not a numerical "1")

That will make it a FORM 1 REGISTRATION.
