While I certainly like my Spectre II, and appreciate its versatility, I'm finding that I tend to grab my Thompson ZXL or Wasp 90% of the time for rimfire shooting.  Even the wasp, with a little wire pulling gel is very adequate for plinking outside.  The fact that it is so small and lightweight, makes it much less noticeable on pistols.  The ZXL is awesome on my Savage MkII.

I may have to call Brooks this week and see if he could squeeze an extra Wasp or two onto my Operative S order.

I wasn't impressed with my Z XL at all. I put one mag thru it and stuck back in the safe, sounded way louder than my Spectre.

Tac Sol 10/22 and Cci standard.  I wanted a third 22 can that would be used on a rifle only, but when I shot it next to my Spectre it was noticeably louder. FRP was pretty bad. I know that doesn't bother allot of people but I use mine to hunt with so the first round may be the only round .
