So how exactly does the efile work? Does this process only work with a trust? I just don't see how it would work w/ a CLEO sign off, finger prints, etc..

Entities only (trusts, corps, LLCs). Not for individuals.

For the reasons you listed.

If you're looking for a place to get a trust, I went with 199trust. I don't know junk about trusts, but it seems legit.

If you are truly clueless, like i was when i got started, i would recommend getting a lawyer to make your trust. Mine not only put the trust together but sat down and explained all of the little details about submitting form 1 & 4s, how to store my NFA items, and answered tons of other questions i had, it cost several hundred dollars but was worth every penny.

Spartikis who did you go through to set up your trust? I have a thread going right now in the MI hometown forum asking for suggestions on lawyers to use.
