| So how exactly does the efile work? Does this process only work with a trust? I just don't see how it would work w/ a CLEO sign off, finger prints, etc.. |
| If you are truly clueless, like i was when i got started, i would recommend getting a lawyer to make your trust. Mine not only put the trust together but sat down and explained all of the little details about submitting form 1 & 4s, how to store my NFA items, and answered tons of other questions i had, it cost several hundred dollars but was worth every penny. |
