If I have a 10.5" barrel with an 11"  FF rail will I be able to attach a QD specwar?

Not likely, if you were able to fit the locking mechanism inside the rail it wouldn't be easy to rotate with the rail in the way. Saker with the Trifecta MAAD  mount is perfect for recessing the suppressor into the rail system.

Need to go with a 10" rail.   I have one of these in jail at my dealer.
