| I have a quick question that I think I already know the answer to. I'm building a Delisle Carbine clone and will be suppressing it. I'm active duty Navy and can be deployed at short notice. While I'm deployed will I have to keep my carbine locked away from everybody? Or would my wife be able to access it without any legal problems? I suspect that control must be maintained by me at all times which would mean it would be getting it's own safe to itself. Thanks in advance for any info. |

Put it on a trust with her as a trustee. I was thinking that would be a way to work around it. Is there a way to have someone out of state on the trust i.e. her dad in Wisconsin? in case I get stationed in Kalifornia, so that I can leave it with him Not a lawyer but I believe as long as WI is NFA friendly and you complete the proper transportation form you should be G2G if he is on the trust |
