Can I get confirmation if this tool is the same tool you use for the brakeout version? Thanks!

Could be, but you don't need the tool to install either the Brakeout or FH. It's really meant for gunsmiths who are installing a lot of these and want to save time.
Just take your time, use the right size wrench, torque to specs, and you're GTG.

What's a good torque wrench to get to make sure torqued right?

Thanks! I have a MK 18, to my understanding I need this tool to install it on my upper... Can you tell me the torque spec for installing the brakeout?
