Is there a can that removes the flash but not the sound? Would such a monster still require a stamp? Or maybe just some of the sound but still not require a stamp?

In the eyes of the ATF, if the attachment reduces as little as 1db it requires a stamp.
One of the best "flash hiders" are the YHM Phantom FH. But a FH will only reduce something like 40% (not sure if that % is right..) of the flash from the shooter's prospective. A sound suppressor will reduce up to 95% of the flash |
