I left that blank. Anyone know if that'll go through? The way I read it, the transferee is the trust and being a legal entity cannot sign. As a trustee, I suppose I could sign but then I did that certification page along with it.
This was the dealer's first time using a trust. He's done corporations/LLCs and figured it was the same so I went by what he said. For a suppressor by the way. |

For a silencer box 15 is not needed, per the form, on other items it needs to be signed by a trustee Thanks, that's what I thought. I know I *could* have signed but from what I read on suppressors it's not needed and I didn't want to mess it up. I signed it on my first, but not my second, you should be OK |

On all three of mine, I have signed and dated #15
Whenever we sell one, we always have the customer sign and date #15 We have never submitted one without it, not to say it is required or not, but, it is better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it. |
