Has anyone had any issues with the concentricity of CMMG .22s?  I know that there have been issues with the normal uppers being concentric. I was wondering if this was an issue with the .22 uppers as well.

I'm looking for a good rifle host for my .22 can. A CMMG .22 upper would be the cheapest way to get what I'm looking for.

Thanks

I'd check it before I shot it, whatever the caliber. Why risk a baffle strike when you can check it so easily?

I'd definitely check before shooting. I seem to remember reading that some of their barrels were so off center they couldn't be made concentric.  I don't want to spend the money on one only to find out I can't ever mount a can on it.

Right now I'm trying to decide whether to get the CMMG upper, a savage .22, or a 10/22. The CMMG would be the cheapest and, if they ever release their sear trip, I could mount it on my RR.

We have 2 of them for testing and I have a personal one. All of them are good with no issues at all.

Mine was fine. Not the most accurate but it runs every kind of ammo I have tried from CCI stinger to subsonics.
